Refund policy

At Pak Elite, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Item must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products (by customer)

  • Personal care items once opened

  • Sale/discounted items

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Product photo

  • Issue details

We will arrange replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued via bank transfer/Easypaisa/JazzCash

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchange

We only replace items if:

  • Item is defective

  • Wrong item delivered

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless:

  • Wrong item sent

  • Damaged item delivered

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
