Shipping Locations
We currently ship all across Pakistan.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time:

• Major cities: 2–4 working days

• Other cities/remote areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier service and location.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
We may offer free delivery on selected promotions or orders above a certain amount.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.
Please ensure your phone number is active so the courier can contact you at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

Delayed or Failed Delivery
If delivery is delayed due to weather, courier issues, or incorrect address, Zayana Mart will not be responsible for delays but we will assist in resolving the issue.

If a customer is unavailable or refuses to accept the order without valid reason, future orders may be restricted.

Damaged Parcel
If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us within 24 hours with pictures of the parcel and product.
